Amazing stadium, best pitch at step 3 level I’ve seen. If you’re local I’d recommend you visit the stadium on a match day, support your local team and enjoy the atmosphere.

Nice little Ground visited following AFC Aldermaston against Enfield Borough who ground share. Unfortunately there was nothing there and we had to go to the Rugby bar next door before the game to get some refreshments. At least they made us welcome unlike the football club poor showing really. Bonus 1 we won and with a depleted team which made it even more enjoyable Bonus 2 The Ruggers lot won there league in the last minute quite some noise at the end of their game. We enjoyed having a post match drink and sharing their win with ours and some emotional speaches.

History (from Wikipedia)

Ground[edit]

Wingate & Finchley play their home games at The Maurice Rebak Stadium, Summers Lane, Finchley, London, N12 0PD.

The stadium used to be called Summers Lane when Finchley played there. After the merger it was renamed The Harry Abrahams Stadium after a life-long Wingate fan. In the summer of 2016, the stadium was renamed to its current name, The Maurice Rebak Stadium.
[8] It is named after the co-founder who died earlier that year. Wingate and Finchley also have an amazing youth team producing great talented players. They train at the prince Edward Playing fields in Barnet.

Things to do nearby.
