Nice ground with a 3G pitch. Good atmosphere. Good facilities. Great food van, food portions are very good. The Stoke stack burger was excellent, well worth the price.

Have been at these grounds a few times as the opposition side to Basingstoke and also as my sons team has been using their pitch whilst their pitch gets built. Decent pitch and food facilities, only qualm would be the limited parking area. If you can't get in there then it's a long walk to the alternate parking, which in the autumn/winter months is a very dark walk, which is not great when you're a woman on your own, in an area you're not familiar with.

Went to pre-season match against Brighton (under 18's). Very well organised, great local club and atmosphere.

History (from Wikipedia)

The club played at Castlefields from their establishment until 1945, when a site for a new ground was offered to them by Lord Camrose. The new ground was initially known as Winchester Road, and consisted of a small wooden stand together with grass banking with some terracing.[10] The first match was played on 1 December 1945 against Southampton Borough Police, and the ground was later renamed after Lord Camrose.[10]

In 2019 the club was forced to relocate to Winchester City's City Ground as former chairman Rafi Razzak attempted to sell the Camrose for development.[14] In October 2020 the club returned to Basingstoke, at the upgraded FA Winklebury Sports Complex in the Winklebury area of the town.[15]
