Such a lovely football ground filled with kind supporters. I watched a charity match and thoroughly enjoyed the sense of community. Plus the drinks were good and so was the burger at half time!

Lovely location. Just wish it wasn't so far away. It's a good enough ground and facilities are great. Plenty of parking and two very spacious bar areas. Good food indoors and decent drink on offer. Very friendly locals. Go there if you can. I enjoyed it.

History (from Wikipedia)

Ground[edit]

Leiston initially played at the old Recreation Ground, today known as Park Hill,[2] with players changing in the White Horse Hotel or at the Works Hall. In 1921 they moved to their current ground on Victory Road, then known as the Leiston Works Athletic Association, after Garretts bought the ground. It was later renamed the Leiston Town Athletic Association.
